The Youth leader as a follower of Jesus must exemplify the graces of a genuine Christian, with a burden for soul winning and a contagious enthusiasm. In helping motivate the youth to work together and take responsibilities, the leader works in the background—guiding, counseling, and encouraging the youth in develping a closer relationship with God.
